Dare to Bare

To open your eyes with a frozen mind
You wear your shades, all the colors will die
Blind you have made your self my friend
Eyes are covered so is your brain

A world that shines that makes you freeze
Time to take the shades off, I believe
Look at the harsh light that is
Naked truth that will keep

Time waits for neither and truth will wait forever
Open your eyes and embrace what is here

Look at the rainbow like the child you were
Notice the colors not the grays and blacks that were

We blind our selves with the shades we wear
Like fools we are, frozen in there
Bring back the will the strength to take charge
Your life is yours to do what you dare

Butterflies will stay the birds fly free
The rain will come with a rainbow with in

Never forget there is more in all
Much more than you see in everyone you perceive

Life was the gift presented to you
Dreams will make or break you indeed
Will you dare to bare your eyes to the truth
I dare to ask will you meet me there
